“I think we have the most beautiful staff restaurant in the world,” says the general manager of the 5-star hotel in St. Moritz happily. The 610 employees have been enjoying a top restaurant just for the team since December 2022. The “Bellavista” has its own chef and a five-person brigade. Employees of all nationalities can enjoy freshly cooked meals. The restaurant was designed by the architect Henan Zanghellini, Hinzer Architektur AG and hwa Architekten AG were the local architects, supported by Projx.
